The power of thinking BIG

WOW, I would like to earn $100 grand this year!

Why not $200 grand?

If I could have any car I would have that brand new (Car name) worth $25 grand!

Why not a Ferrari? Worth $250 grand?

My main goal is to do 25 push ups in a row then I will be happy!

Why not 50?

All I want in life is to live modestly! That will do me!

Why not live like a fucking King? Completely financially free?

Leave mediocrity to the peasants. This website is all about living large. If you don’t like living large please hit the little X button in your top right hand corner as this website is not for you.

In life we must set the bar high in order to achieve high standards. We must be our own biggest critics. Do not listen to others, listen to yourself for you are the only one that can set your own accurate goals and standards.

Today’s article is all about changing your mentality. Changing it from small to BIG. To me small is not okay, being average is not okay. Small and average to me is BORING. I want to make big cash and invite Mr Big Happiness into my life and you should want to do the same.

Never settle for the average.

Here are the 4 steps for changing your mindset from small to BIG…..

1. Breaking Repetitive Thought Patterns (RPT’s):

Any time you think you cannot do something, any time you think a self defeating thought or any time you think to your self this will be hard you must stop, rewind and reverse what you have just said. So if you think “Man, I would like to start up my own business this year and hopefully break even because it usually takes a new business a few years before they start turning over a nice profit”, why not think “Man, I am going to start up my own business this year and make a humongous profit because I don’t even have seconds in my life to break even or make measly returns”. At first this will feel quite strange because your mind may not be used to thinking this way. But after a while it will set in like cement and you will honestly believe in what you are saying and once you believe then you will DO.

2. Learn from the best, ditch the rest:

Do you have any idols that have done what you seek to achieve? If you do learn from them. Study them. Watch what they say. Learn how they think. I bet they don’t ever talk themselves down. I bet they have true belief in themselves. Use their actions as inspiration for how you must act. Do what they do.

3. Imagery/visualisation:

This is possibly the easiest and most fun tool to use. You see a hot car you like drive past you on the road, picture yourself owning and driving that car. You enter/see a beautiful nice house, imagine you own it. Look at your wallet, imagine it ripping at the seams because you have so much cash. You see a beautiful girl, pretend she is your woman. This is so easy to do and it also keeps you motivated to wanting change and new results.

4. Do not be afraid:

This is probably one of the most repeated poems. I never truly understood it until today. But now that I understand it. I can see why it is so repeated.

“Our Greatest Fear”

Our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate,
but that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us.
We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant,
gorgeous, handsome, talented and fabulous?

Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God.

Your playing small does not serve the world.
There is nothing enlightened about shrinking
so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.

We were born to make manifest the glory of God within us.
It is not just in some; it is in everyone.

And, as we let our own light shine, we consciously give
other people permission to do the same.
As we are liberated from our fear,
our presence automatically liberates others.

– Marianne Williamson

So do not be afraid to be great. Liberate others. Show them the light. Be the inspiration other seek to find.

So to end I leave you with this.

Why think little…

When you can think BIG

Now go be a fucking killer, Good luck – Jordan

The Power of Power Naps

The power of power naps

Okay let me set the scene. You are reading something. You know that what you are reading is important and necessary.  Your eyes feel dry, tired and warm and they long for you to close the blinds on your world. You shut your eyes for a few seconds. You could almost fall asleep while sitting at your desk. Your subconscious takes over and you submerge into a world of random thoughts and pictures. BAM! You force yourself to wake up and reopen your eyes to the bright world around you. Now you have had enough. You leave to go lie down and watch T.V. or scroll through Facebook, leaving your work unfinished and yourself disappointed for the rest of your day/night.

We have all felt this before. I have even done this before! But today I am going to share with you a trick I use to beat these unimpressive results time and time again.

I present to you the…

The Power Nap.

The power nap is simple, effective and it works.

How the power nap works:

1. Find a quiet room and keep the lights dim. (Never sleep in a room with total darkness as you may find it harder to wake back up).

2. Lie down. Somewhere soft is good. A bed or couch will do nicely.

3. Set your alarm clock for 25-30 minutes. This allows for 5-10 minutes to fall asleep and the remaining 20 minutes for the refreshing sleep time. Warning! NEVER GO LONGER THAN 20 MINUTES OF SLEEP or you will delve into a deeper level of sleep which is demotivating to wake up from and it will also leave you feeling groggy.

4. Close your eyes relax. Let your mind understand that “I have done all I can do for now. Now it is time for me to let my mind and body rest so that I can continue working later”.

5. BRRRIINNG! As soon as your alarm goes off jump straight out of your downed position and immediately begin moving around to allow the mind time to reconnect and fire up.

6. Continue with your work.

7. Send me a nice comment saying thank-you and how happy you are you read this post ;)

Now for anyone out there doubting the power nap, I’m not hating. Some people just don’t like them. Some people say it leaves them feeling groggy. However I find that 20 minutes of sleep prevents an individual from entering deep sleep which is what will make you feel groggy upon awakening.

Winston Churchill swore by power naps. He used to work 16 hours a day (a tremendous effort, as an average western work day is  8-9 hours). During World War II Winston would nap for an hour after lunch (I don’t advise this long, however it seems to have worked for Winston) then he would continue working up until the evening were he would nap for 2 hours. Then he would again reawaken and continue his work long past midnight.

John D. Rockefeller one of the world’s former great accumulators of wealth also swore by power naps. He would lie down on the couch in his office and take a half an hour nap in his office every noon.

So why not give it a try next time your gas tank is feeling empty and you’re just about ready to give up?

The be all and end all. 30 Days of Discipline Review.

Sick of feeling like a loser? Video games till 3 am, junk food, smoking dope, late night porn sessions, being skinny, being fat? Want to become the fucking man? I have something beautiful for all of you out there. Something that will change your life as it has changed mine…

30 Days of Discipline

Is your answer.

So what is 30 days of discipline? It is pretty much exactly what the name states… 3o days of HARDCORE discipline. Why 30 days you might ask? Well as stated within the program, it is a well-known fact that it takes an individual 24 times to create a habit. Therefore to really enforce and ensure each habit/rule, Victor Pride (author) made it 30 days.

Like what you hear? Click below to visit the 30 days of discipline website.

Click here to view more details Or continue reading for more information.

Useful rating: 9/10

Entertaining: 9/10

Interesting: 10/10

The chapters included within this e-book program (along with my interpretations of them) include:

1. A feast fit for the gods. (Good dieting, can be tweaked to suit your needs but the principle of eating healthy stays the same).

2. Rise and shine, the clock is ticking and the day is wasting. (Why you need to start your day early!).

3. Comfortable? Not after this. (This one will separate the men from the boys, I thoroughly enjoyed this one haha…..NOT!).

4. Willy wanker. Let me introduce you into billy badass. (Why you should stop masturbating).

5. Your body is a weapon. (Again. can be tweaked to suit your needs but the principle importance of physical exercise stays the same).

6. Dress to impress. Dress for success. (Why dressing like a bum will get you treated like a bum and why dressing like a success will take you to success).

7. – 12. (You will just have to read it to find out!)

Therefore if you are…

Thirty years old and an office employee slave? This book will help you.

University student? This book will help you.

Still at school? This book will help you (and I would also say your very lucky to have found it at such a young age).

All ready read it? You know this program helped you.

This is a downloadable e-book program. So it is accessible instantly.

The only downfalls of the program that I found included that not all of the habits/rules suited my needs/desires, therefore the ability is up to you to tweak the concepts design and add in your own rules/habits. Another downfall I found was that the program included some poor spelling/grammar. However the main important  principle of the program overlooks these minor errors in my eyes.

how to win friends and influence people by dale carnegie book review

‘How to win friends and influence people’ by Dale Carnegie

Book review

Useful rating: 9/10

Entertaining: 7/10

Interesting read: 8.5/10

The 20 second review of this book: This is a how-to book in regard to dealing with the most aggressive, emotional, hypocritical, imperfect and difficult species on the planet: human beings. This book is worth every cent as I, without a doubt, know that it will improve both your social skills and business skills. I could not recommend this ‘over 16 million copies sold’ classic any more, as it has improved my happiness, business skills and social skills and if you are questing for the same results, I highly suggest a read.

Full review: I can quite honestly say that ‘How to win friends and influence people’ by Dale Carnegie is more than just a book, it is a tool that every modern individual should read. Books like this are what should be added to school curriculum’s rather than providing students with the ability to name all 9 planets in our solar system or the ability to answer useless questions such as what is the square root of 40 divided by 60 million to the power of 3.

….Save these topics for the students that show interest as opposed to the millions of students who do not.

This book is a book about serious life skills. Something that will be used everyday. Something useful.

This is a book in which I can say that, with complete and total confidence, will  improve the social and business aspects of your life, which will further improve your overall happiness as it has improved mine.

The only downside to Carnegie’s book is that it has become a bit outdated in regards to the examples Carnegie displays. Being a modern man from the 21st century some of the famous political characters, actors and musicians he refers to are unknown/foreign to me. However, the examples he uses are still easily understandable and remain rock solid in regards to portraying his ideas and points of view that still remain extremely relevant in a 21st century context.

This book will improve your relationships with your friends, your mother, your father, doctors, scientists and strangers. Anyone you will happen to meet. I swear by that. So if you would like to see your friends smile more, increase your ability to create business deals, influence others to your way of thinking and of course make friends more quickly and easily I suggest you read this book.

The book includes:

1. The three fundamental techniques in handling people.

2. The six ways to make people like you.

3. The twelve ways to win people to your way of thinking.

4. and, The nine ways to change people without arousing resentment.

Life’s a bitch and she aint fucking for free

Throughout my time I have learnt that Life is a complete bitch,

and she aint fucking no one for free.

If you want to take a piece of the good life you have got to go and take it.

This means sucking it up. This means not being a little pussy and occasionally taking a nice big spoonful of shit.

Today’s post is all about why you should adopt the ‘ You gotta do, what you gotta do’ mentality.

So your life ambition is to become a doctor because you love helping people. But, what’s that? You failed your final high school year so you’re going to settle for a managing position at the local grocery store?

Fuck that, go back and study some more until you can make it into university.

So your life ambition is to become a professional musician/artist because you love making beautiful music. But, what’s that? Your parents think it’s stupid and you’re afraid of performing in front of  other people?

Fuck that, go busk on the street somewhere until it feels like a walk in the park and tell your parents that if they think that your ideas are stupid then you think that their ideas are judgemental.

So you want to start-up your dream retail business store. But, what’s that? You find it hard after your usual 9-5 work commitments to find time to plan how your going to do it?

You better suck it up and get to work or before you know it you will be celebrating your retirement.

The point that I am trying to make here is that in life there are two kinds of people. Pussies and winners. Pussies prefer big televisions, late night video game sessions and being afraid. Winner’s get out there give it all they have, eat shit and ask for more until they have what they want.

In life you have just GOTTA DO WHAT YOU GOTTA DO. And if this means having to give up your favourite television show.

Then so be it.

If this means stepping out of your comfort zone.

Then so be it.

If this means getting your hands dirty.

Then so be it.

If you can’t sleep in for another precious hour.

Then so be it.

If there’s something you want in this world I suggest you go take it. Because no one will bring it to you and it will never ever just appear in front of you one morning.

Good luck – Jordan

How to gain true freedom

A sense of cold dark imagery enters our minds. Metal bars. A zoo. Told what to

eat. Told when to sleep. A loss of freedom. More importantly a loss of the beauties of life.

This is our envision of the physical prison for societies ill willed. Funnily enough this is very similar to another kind of prison. A non-physical prison. A prison that is stronger than any leader we know.  Stronger than any god we can conceive. Stronger than any hero we admire. For majority of us, this prison has been built by ourselves, in the midst of our day-to-day mental dealings. This prison brings us docile comforts that calm our nerves when we are faced with adversity and the new. This prison consists of limitations and rules, that we sheepishly feel must be followed. I have written this article to help you break down the walls of your prison and to help you gain what it is to be truly free.

This Prison is our mind.

If you do not rule your world, then who does?

Your boss?

Your mother?

Your father?

Your friends?

Something you read the other day?

The dangers you saw on last night’s news?

Unfortunately our dependency for others and our own personal limitations are what hold us back from generating true happiness and explosive success. In order to gain happiness and success our prisons need to be vanquished from our minds. This is not an easy fete as most of us have depended on our prisons for many years, however it can be done.

Every time you feel compelled not to say something, do something or act on your own accord, remember that you are further adding to the thickness of your mind’s prison walls. In order to gain complete creative freedom in this world we must rely on nothing but our own true thoughts and feelings, and then we will truly be free.

Here are the five rules to help you break free of your prison

1. Do you: No one else will ever do you better than you. People secretly admire those who act as themselves because they secretly wish to acquire the strength to do it. No one was ever successful at being their best friend, being their neighbour or being their parents. The people who stand out in this world make the world exciting and less boring for everyone. Do you think we would have companies like Coca-Cola, McDonald’s or Nike if someone did not wish to stand out?

2. Be fearless: I found that the best way to create a sense of fearlessness is to always remind yourself that every time you don’t do something because you are afraid or uncertain of the outcome that you are just adding another padlock to the door of your prison. If you don’t like your prison then why add another concrete wall to it? Live life on the edge it’s much less boring, more exciting and the self-empowerment you will gain via being fearless is better than any drug.

3. Be limitless: If you believe running 20 km is hard, then it will be. If you believe you couldn’t make $100,000 via one week’s work then you won’t. You have got to think BIG to get BIG. Be limitless. Make your own rules, don’t listen to others. The power of living with a limitless mind-set is often portrayed by the true story of Roger Bannister. A short summary of this story starts off with the belief that for many previous years before 1954 people believed that a mile could not be run in under four minutes. People thought it was dangerous, impossible and that the human body was physically never meant to achieve it. However in 1954 Roger Bannister did the unthinkable and ran a mile in under four minutes. As soon as Bannister accomplished this so too did many others, proving that it was not impossible and that mental barriers can be broken to achieve success. So act like Bannister and ignore the critics.

4. Depend on numero uno: If you can’t depend on yourself then who can you depend on? Do not rely on anyone to ever help you in this world. If you want true freedom you must pay your own bills, make your own money, own your own home etc. When people provide you with these things you are dependent on them and being dependant upon others will not provide you with freedom. Become your own boss. Never take orders from anyone else.  Working for others is another form of dependency where you feel the need to constantly impress, show up on time, abide by the rules and probably kiss some ass and as human nature would have it no one really enjoys this.

5. Persistence: The above steps are not easy. They are not overnight changes. They will take time and will involve remodelling of the mind. The best way to stay persistent is to remember that every day you are learning and the process of becoming what your heart wants is not easy. However it is defiantly possible. As point 2. And 3. State be limitless and be fearless. Both these points will aid to your persistence. Always remember it is a one day at a time process.

How to save your precious time, work on making more money and enjoy life more

Today I looked out at my lawn. I noted that it looked overgrown and that I should probably give it a mow sometime soon. Now, I live on quite a big block of land with minimal gardens/paving/concrete surfaces and maximum grass land. It usually takes me about 2 hours to give my property a good overall mow and whipper snipper. This is something I don’t really enjoy doing. To be honest I would rather be working on my website or some other business venture.

Then I thought ‘hey why don’t I pay someone to mow my lawn?’. Bingo. Problem solved. Now instead of wasting my time mowing my lawn, which would add absolutely nothing to improving my life, unless I later decide to becoming a professional Gardner (which I highly doubt is about to happen), I can now work on my website which will bring me money instead of wasting my time.

So next time you think you have to..

Wash Fido again…

Clean the house…

Repaint the living room…

why not get some one else to do it?

Put it this way. You could either spend 30$ getting the neighbour’s son to mow your lawn or you could work on your next business move for two extra hours that may help you to  pull in an extra grand this month.

Please note that I am not interested in wasting money. I am interested in making money. Therefore if you are going to pay someone to do something for you MAKE SURE YOU USE THE TIME YOU WOULD HAVE SPENT ON THE OUTSOURCED TASK TO DO SOMETHING THAT WILL INCREASE YOUR FINANCES FOR THE FUTURE. Everything we do in life should equal a profit. Not a break even. Not a loss. The Pink Mist bible notes our constant aim should be to make tomorrow better than today. So stop wasting your precious time and money and get someone else to do it. Life’s to short to be mowing lawns, vacuuming, cleaning windows etc.

In conclusion…

Save your precious time, work on making more money and enjoy life more.

‘If you hang around the barbershop long enough… sooner or later your gonna get a haircut’

This post is for anyone out there that has either given up or is on the verge of giving up on a dream

‘Success occurs right after you give up’

Imagine if Eminem gave up rap after he completely made a fool of himself choking on stage at a local rap battle competition.

Imagine if JK Rowling while on welfare, studying and being a single mother had thought it was all to difficult to find the time to create the Harry Potter series.

Imagine if Michael Jordan had decided to quit basketball while locking himself in his bedroom to cry after he was cut from his high school basketball team.

Imagine if Jerry Seinfield never got back up on stage the very next night after failing his first ever performance as a stand up comedian where he choked and was booed and haggled off the stage.

As Denzel Washington said during a speech on failure ‘if you hang around the barbershop long enough….. sooner or later you’re gonna get a haircut’

If you have given up/thinking of giving up, I strongly, strongly suggest you watch this first. By far one of the most motivational stories I have ever heard.

What good is a dream if you don’t make it come true?

Sleep is for the dead

They say sleep is the cousin of death. So my eyes wide open cos’ a dream is kin to your last breath’ – Game

Here is the most complete list of information required to stop you from ever sleeping in again.

1. You are wasting your life sleeping: Every extra hour you spend in bed sleeping is another hour of your life YOU WILL NEVER EVER GET BACK. Would you rather stay in bed dreaming about some bullshit that doesn’t even make sense to you/you won’t even remember when you wake up or would you rather wake up and know what is to be ALIVE. The rapper Game says it best ‘They say sleep is the cousin of death. So my eyes wide open cos’ a dream is kin to your last breath’. Some people love sleep. I don’t. Sleep to me is only there for the purpose of recharging my batteries so I can wake up and kill it again the next day. I actually find it difficult to sleep. Sometimes I wake up excited with ideas for my website. When you have pure passion for the goals in your life, sleep will become a thing of the past.

2. If you sleep in late you will feel lazy for the rest of the day: This is completely true. Back when I used to occasionally slob it out during my time straight after finishing highschool I can remember waking up at around 10 or 11 a.m. on weekdays or sometimes even 12+ p.m. I remember when I awoke at these times finding it even harder to be motivated enough to leave the bed and begin my day. Doing this will make you feel like a slob. And when you feel like a slob you act like a slob. Don’t expect to wake up at midday pumpin’ to get your day done. Do you think Mr Trump wakes up at 12 p.m. daily? haha fuck no!

3. Competitive edge: While the rest of world is busy catching up on their precious Z’s you are wide awake, ready to kill and make the world your personal bitch! By getting up early you will be ahead of your competition by approximately 4-3 hours everyday. Not to mention the competitive edge getting up early will give to you. I remember watching a documentary on Mike Tyson and hearing him say that he used to get up to begin training at 3-3:30 a.m. in the morning due to the pure fact that he knew his opponent wouldn’t be up at that time which helped give him the competitive edge which made hin tougher than his competition.

4. Waking up early will make you tough and give you discipline: Waking up early will make you tough and provide you with mental discipline. I find that when I wake up early I feel mentally tough and ready to kill which then transpires into my other tasks for the day. Waking up early makes me feel like a million bucks! After a while waking up early will become second nature as your body clock and mental abilities adjust. I literally cannot even remember the last time I got up after 8:00 a.m. on a weekday.

5. Less distractions: If you wake up when the kids are asleep, when the corner store is still closed, when shitty infomercials are still on t.v. or when you’re texting friends are still asleep, HOW CAN YOU BE DISTRACTED? You will have the house all to yourself. Leaving you with the full opportunity to get all of your work done DISTRACTION FREE.

Okay so now that you understand the benefits of converting to early rising here are my own personal rules I use to make sure I get up early.

Buy an alarm clock with a snooze option:

You must have an alarm clock! Every night before I go to sleep I set my alarm 8.5 hours ahead of when I am going to sleep whether it be 9-11 p.m. Therefore I wake up between 5:30 – 7:00 a.m. My usual wake up time is 6:30 a.m. as I go to bed usually at 10:00 p.m.

Use the snooze option:

The snooze option allows you 10 minutes to slowly awaken from your slumber. I find that I feel more refreshed and ready to get up after hitting a 10 minute snooze as I find that it awakens me from deep sleep and allows me to return to a lighter stage of sleep, so that when my alarm wakes me up a second time I am immediately awake and alert and ready to get up and start my day.

8-8.5 hours required:

I find that I require 8-8.5 hours of sleep a night for me to fully function at my best capabilities the next day. You may be different. You may be lucky and only need 6 hours. Play around with it and see how much sleep a night you require.

Have something to get up for:

If you have something that you are excited about that you know you will be doing the next day then you will not want sleep in. I wake up everyday excited to work on my website. This is why it is so important to do things that you love because they act as a motivator for you to get up the next day.

Allow some morning light to enter your room:

In a way I am lucky that my bedroom currently has shitty blinds that allow for some light to travel in during the morning. Waking up to pitch darkness makes it more difficult to awaken. If light slowly enters your room in the morning your subconscious mind will take note of this which will send off alerts in your mind that the morning is coming which will help you to wake up feeling refreshed.

Here is a photo of a beautiful view I took while on an early mountain climb in Hong Kong while my girlfriend was asleep! What are you missing out on while you sleep?

It’s all about the benjamins part 1 of 2!

$ Time to talk MONEY $

That’s right I’m talking the greens. Some of that sweet sweet paper! Fat stacks!

Money is FREEDOM!

Money will pay for your HEALTHCARE

Money will pay for your CHILDREN to go to a good school

Money will pay for your holiday to the CARIBBEAN

Money will pay for your brand new MURCIELAGO

Money will pay for your beautiful MANSION IN A SAFE NEIGHBOURHOOD

We all require money in a modern-day society. Long gone are the days of primitive ‘hunter gatherer’ role play. In are the days of consumers and suppliers. So what’s holding you back from getting your hand’s on a fat stack?

Your current job?

Your level of education?

Your parents?

Societies expectations that are extremely important to you?

Remember rules are meant to be broken! Don’t follow the rules like some grass chewing sheep!

We all know these rules…

Get good grades go to university/college.

Get a good job, A nice safe job, with a steady even income.

Work for someone else.. build their dream.

Bust your nuts for old man Mr Schmittington. Make him rich instead of yourself.

You don’t make FAT STACKS being safe.

You don’t make FAT STACKS busting your nuts for old man Schmittington.

You make FAT STACKS taking a risk. Betting on your self! If you can’t even bet on your self then who can you bet on?

The point I am trying to make is that if you want MASS FINANCIAL FREEDOM you have to take a risk! You have to believe in your self. That you deserve more! You have to be HUNGRY. You have to start-up that dream business you have always wanted, NO ONE WILL DO IT FOR YOU. However you have to give it 110%! and you must do something you love and are passionate about. Other wise it WILL NOT WORK.

Now stop being some fucken zombie and get out there and go DO YOU!

Carry on to Part 2!
